Septic Repair
I offer stand alone repair work as well as repairs identified during inspection. If identified during an inspection, I provide an estimate for repairs with the report. Areas of repair work I offer:
Locating system components: All septic components are buried. If you have a system and need to know where things are I can locate.
Pipe repair and replacement: Pipe issues can be common in older systems and I’ll fix them or replace them depending on your needs.
Baffle replacement: Septic tanks require and inlet and outlet baffle. Baffle repair and/or replacement is a service offered.
Riser installation: All septic tanks have access covers that are buried; some shallow and some deep. Risers allow easier access to the tank for inspection and, if needed, repairs.
Effluent filter maintenance and repair: An effluent filter is a type of outlet baffle. Older systems don’t have them but they can be added for more protection of the effluent disposal field.
Pump, Float, and Control work: Some systems use pumps when adequate gravity does not exist. I can diagnose, repair, and replace pumps, floats, and controls.
Distribution box replacement: D-boxes are important for equal flow in effluent disposal fields. I can locate and replace these if necessary.
